Hybrid Working
The pandemic has changed the working world as we know it and that certainly has been the case at Lily. Moving forwards, we will continue to adopt a hybrid working strategy at the company, allowing staff to work both from home and in the office. We understand the benefits hybrid working can have, such as increased productivity and improving employee’s mental health.
Growth and Development
We pride ourselves on the growth and development of our people here at Lily, which is why we have invested over £250k in development resources. This includes the Lily Performance Academy (LPA), an internal online platform full of documents and resources that our employees can use to increase their knowledge on our products and services. We also have the BKSM Personal Success Model, which stands for Belief, Knowledge, Skill and Motivation. Employees are scored out of 100 in each department, always giving us something to work towards in order to get the perfect score.

I Am A Succeeder
At Lily, we are all about getting it Right First Time and rewarding those who do. This is why we have our I Am A Succeeder programme, in which employees who demonstrate our core values of Passion, Performance and Integrity and who get it Right First Time can win a place on a once in a lifetime trip away. In 2019, our ‘succeeders’ went on an action-packed trip to Croatia, which included activities such as quad biking and wine tasting. Our next trip to Cape Town is currently on hold due to the pandemic, but we can’t wait until the day comes when we can finally fly out there!
