LILY AWARDED WITH 3 STARS IN BEST COMPANIES 2019
Lily is celebrating this week as we have been accredited 3 stars from Best Companies! We have upgraded as last year we were awarded 2 stars so we're really proud of the achievement and it's the highest accolade we could be awarded by Best Companies.
In the last 12 months we have made several successful developments to invest in our people. #LilyLife is extremely important to us - we want every working day to be an enjoyable one.
Our largest investment to date, the Lily Performance Academy. An online portal full of learning materials to improve the knowledge and skill sets of our people. It’s not limited to use in the working day – the skills learnt can be extended to home life. It’s made a phenomenal difference to our employees, first feeling valued and motivated to significantly improving their knowledge of the business and industry.
At Lily we hit a special milestone this year, our 10th Year Anniversary. We made sure to celebrate in style with #lilyfest2019. A festival to celebrate all our achievements over the past 10 years with our friends and family. There was non-stop entertainment; with a hog roast, BBQ, firebreathers, a human buzz wire, coconut shy and circus performers, which all made for a fun packed day!
Lily’s core values are widely used across the business - Passion, Performance and Integrity. Every member of the team has an opportunity to recognise people at Lily who demonstrate our values within the IamaSucceeder scheme. This year the 10 Succeeders travelled to Croatia for a once in a lifetime trip to celebrate their success and thank you for their contribution.
It doesn’t stop there; our Sales Superstars have been awarded a trip to Tenerife to celebrate their success. We believe in rewarding our employees – the latest incentive which everyone in the office has been able to take advantage of is the free gym membership at JD Gym. We think it’s really important in business to support our colleagues at work as well as enriching their health and wellbeing as this is instrumental to business growth.
