What is Cyber Essentials?

What can I do to become certified?
Well to start with, you’ll need to carry out a self-assessment and see whether or not you have met the criteria to have become Cyber Essentials certified. But be aware that there is a £300 + VAT charge for you to access self-assessment.
If you would like to become Cyber Essentials Plus certified, a hands-on technical verification will need to take place and the price of the certification will be dependant on the size and complexity of your business’s network.
