Sure, you can fill out the self-assessment yourself, but be aware that there is a £300 + VAT charge for you to do this, and if you don’t meet the criteria, you will fail and have to re-take the test for the same amount. For the Plus certification, your business will need to have a hands-on technical verification (which will cost you extra).
